As the Sunday morning breaks, we come together by the ocean’s edge to awaken body and spirit.

Cozy inside with a view over the ocean we take a little retreat to release and invite clarity

& renewal into your day and week ahead.

You will be guided through intentional breathwork by SOMA breath master Jessi Attenborough,

Each morning practice offers space to:

- Practical -

preparation:

  • Bring a mat, warm socks and layers of clothing, water / tea / snack for after.

  • Please be on time. I want to give you the most value from your session, so aim to arrive about 5 minutes early to settle in and honour each other’s time and energy.

  • If you find yourself being delayed. Even though the group has started. You can still join!

    Please join the group quietly and follow the instructions as given on that time.

  • Please make sure to turn your phone on flight mode before the session.
